Standard Terms and Conditions

1. These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between yourself and Fightyourparkingticket

2. The period of the AGREEMENT is equal to the TERM unless specified otherwise by Fightyourparkingticket. We may terminate the AGREEMENT with immediate effect in the event that:

3. If we believe that you are about to allow the services by Fightyourparkingticket to be used for any unlawful purpose,

4. Our service is to provide parking ticket appeals against parking charge notices or parking tickets which have been issued to you by a UK private parking company.

5. We provide an appeal service based on true paperwork supplied by you and because Fightyourparkingticket is dependent on the accuracy of paperwork supplied by you, we accept no liability for the accuracy of contents in any appeal submitted to any private parking company.

6. We do not make any guarantees as to the outcome of any appeal submitted to any private parking company or bringing forth any appeal, You accept that we cannot be held responsible for any failure of an appeal for whatever reason.

7. You understand that Fightyourparkingticket does not give legal advice.

8. You understand that we will provide an appeal service for you to the private parking company by email or post.

9. We will create a professional appeal on your behalf based solely on true paperwork provided by you. Once we are in receipt of your paperwork. We will appeal on your behalf.

10. We will only forward an appeal for a motor Vehicle registered to you.

11. In the event of an appeal sent by Fightyourparkingticket  being rejected by a private parking company you then become liable for payment of that charge and we will then continue pursuing the appeal on your behalf

12. You can at any time during an appeal inform us that you wish to cancel your appeal and pay the charge to the private parking company, We will not be liable to refund any fee.

13. If an appeal is submitted by  Fightyourparkingticket on your behalf and that appeal is rejected by POPLA we will not be liable for payment of any costs.

14. We are not liable to refund your fee if paperwork has not been submitted or the paperwork submitted to us is not submitted on time.

15. If an appeal is submitted by us on behalf of you and it is subsequently found that paperwork supplied by you is found to be inaccurate we will not refund your fee

16. In the event of an appeal being sent by us on behalf of you and you cancel the appeal for any reason by paying the private parking company you will lose your fee.

17. In the event of an appeal being made by us on behalf of you and it is found that any paperwork sent by the private parking company to you was not forwarded to us within a reasonable time scale or before the time limit imposed by the private parking company for the appeal to continue you will lose your fee.

18. In relation to an appeal submitted by us on behalf of you and any paperwork requiring checking, signing or any other direction requested to do so has not been completed by you within a reasonable time scale or before the time limit imposed by POPLA for the appeal to continue you will lose your fee.

19. We will not be liable for any unpaid charges. If an appeal is submitted by us on behalf of you and that appeal is rejected by POPLA. you agree that you are liable and not Fightyourparkingticket for payment of any charges, and costs instructed by a county court.

20. In the event of an appeal submitted by us on behalf of you and that appeal being rejected by a private parking company you agree that  Fightyourparkingticket can then continue with your appeal.

21. A POPLA code is time sensitive and if this is not forwarded to us in time this will affect your appeal. The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws & rules. If you would like to communicate in any other language other than English, an additional fee will apply. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.

22. Parking companies who are BPA members will issue a POPLA code. Parking companies who are members of the IPC don`t issue POPLA codes.

24. I understand that  Fightyourparkingticket does not offer refunds and I am restricting my right to any refund and my rights to seek a 'Chargeback' via my Bank or Credit Card supplier.
